Glenn A. Gabberty has been active in the valuation of residential property since 1984.

His experience spans the residential property spectrum from single family homes to multi-family buildings, condominium and cooperative units as well as vacant land.

He is certified by the Appraisal Institute as an Expert Witness and has testified for numerous municipalities, the FBI, the IRS and various courts.
He has represented homeowners, banks, attorneys and wealth management specialists and is a recognized expert in property valuation,

Mr. Gabberty holds the RM and SRA designations with the Appraisal Institute and has been an active member of the Institute over the years, serving as President of the Long Island Chapter in 2010.
